you're the one I need tonight

Another day at attachment; time passed really slowly from 9am-12pm. Even jiayi and roderica agreed! Anyway lunch was a pleasant affair and its really not neccessary to say this but lunch was at holland v.
We get free rides to holland v and back from biopolis!
(abovementioned sentence is especially for avril)
Yes so ye all, be jealous.

HAHAHA after lunch i was rushing to finish making all the fibers, and it was so stressful that instead of taking my usual two hours for 4 sets of fibers, I spent THREE hours on THREE fibers. You do the math.
But in the end the task was completed GO ME. Went to work, or rather look at my mentor work on primary cells. I stood around, watched, got fascinated by lots of stuff, and stayed in the cell culture lab till 7! Talk about overtime. But it was worth it, because it was pretty enjoyable.

Sometimes whilst doing research I get very frustrated. I spend eight hours in the lab, and since my workplace is closest to the window, i tend to just look at the scenery whilst waiting for my experiments. And of course I have a tendency to daydream, and i often wonder what I would be doing outside if I weren't in the lab. Would I be shopping? Going out with my church mates? Suntanning with pals? Atte
nding church camp? Studying?

I realise that the opportunity cost for attending this research attachment is so..expensive. I really want to do everything mentioned above, and more. Sometimes I wonder, is this attachment really worth it? But I guess, God has chosen for me this path, and only He knows the end of the path I take. Is this a test, to mould me into someone who will trust Him more, and put my future into his hands wholly without doubting His will for me?

Yeah. It probably is.

Okay anyway, on a lighter note, sam's girlfriend is coming to Singapore today, and Aunt Ginger's niece Amber, is here too! With one of her girlfriends...many many pretty girls shall be awash in church this sunday. Am currently anticipating that day!
He's not going to be there though :[

HAHAHA whatever im immersing myself in such childish behaviour, I can totally imagine cheryl repriminding me like some momma. HAHA i really miss my friends, LUMUT HERE WE COME! I asked jessica about lumut, and she says to get rid of leeches, we need a concentrated solution. So therefore i've decided that i will mix a ton of salt into water, put it into a spray bottle, and bring it to lumut to get rid of leeches!
Apparently, when you spray concentrated solution on them, their bodies absorb the excess concentration in accordance to the principle of osmosis. They shrivel up and the blood inside them (which happens to be YOUR BLOOD should you get bitten) will then break through the skin of the leeches, and burst out.

I am REALLY LOOKING FORWARD to lumut now.
I worry for muhammad though, he screamed and ran out of the class once when a bee flew in. Wonder how he will find the leeches?

HAHAHA. I feel quite light-hearted now.
Whoopee-do!
